Mariachi master José Hernandez founder of his world-renowned Mariachi Sol de México keeps the mariachi legacy alive, collaborating with the Conn-Selmer Institute to award ten José Hernández Scholarships to students and educators to Conn-Selmer Institute’s annual development conference.
